You can stop text messages from Modern Dental Hub, operated by Modern Dental Smile PC, at any time. This page explains how.
Reply STOP
The fastest way is to reply STOP to any text message from (516) 855-6855, the number Modern Dental Hub uses to text you about your requests and appointments. You can also reply with one of the standard opt-out words, such as STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPTOUT. After you reply, we send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and no further text messages are sent to that number.
Replying STOP stops text messages only. If you have an open request or an upcoming appointment, our front desk may still call you or email you about it, because you asked us to respond. If you do not want calls or emails either, tell us and we will note it.
Other ways to ask us
If you cannot reply to a message, call the office at (516) 855-6855 or email welcomemdh@moderndentalhub.com and tell us the mobile number you want removed. We will process your request as soon as possible. Please note that a message through a website form or an email is a request our team handles by hand; replying STOP to our text messages takes effect immediately.
Visiting this page does not change your text message preferences.
Opting back in
If you change your mind, reply START to (516) 855-6855, or check the text message box on our contact or callback form when you send a new request. The box is never checked for you.

Our office is open Monday and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
