Visiting the office

The office is on Sunrise Highway in Merrick. If you need directions, call us and we will guide you in; the map on this page shows the location.

Dental emergencies

If you have a toothache, a broken or knocked-out tooth, swelling or bleeding that will not stop, call (516) 855-6855 first rather than coming straight in, so we can prepare for you and tell you what to do in the meantime. Before your first visit

Bring your insurance card, if you have one, and a list of any medications you take.
Arrive a few minutes early so you have time to complete any forms without rushing.
If you are coming for the New Patient Special (exam, consultation and 3 X-rays), mention it when you book so the office can confirm eligibility and terms.
If you have recent dental X-rays from another office, ask them to send the images to us.
