Clear estimates before treatment
After your exam, your dentist explains what is recommended and why, and the office gives you an estimate before treatment begins. If you have insurance, the estimate shows the expected insurance portion and your share. If you are choosing between options, for example a bridge and an implant, we can estimate each so you can compare them side by side.
Treatment does not start until you have seen the estimate and agreed to the plan. An estimate is a projection, not a final bill; if the plan changes during treatment, we tell you before anything else is done.

Do I need to arrange payment before my first visit?
No. Come in for your exam first. Our New Patient Special includes an exam, a consultation and 3 X-rays; eligibility and terms are confirmed by the office when you book. Payment arrangements, if you need them, are discussed after the exam, when we know what treatment is recommended and what it is likely to cost.
Can I get an estimate before I decide on treatment?
Yes. An estimate follows every exam, and you can take it home and think it over. There is no pressure to decide in the chair. If you have questions about the estimate later, call the office and we will go through it with you line by line.
I have insurance, but it does not cover everything. What are my options?
Ask the office. Once your benefits have been verified, the estimate shows what your plan is expected to pay and what remains. The office will explain how the remaining portion can be handled in your situation before treatment begins.
