Modern Dental Smile PC, doing business as Modern Dental Hub, a dental practice at 235 Sunrise Highway in Merrick, NY, can send you text messages about the request you make with us. This page explains how you agree to receive them, what we send and how to stop.
What we send
If you agree, Modern Dental Hub texts you from (516) 855-6855 about your request and your appointments: replies to the message or callback request you sent through our website, confirmations of the visit we schedule with you, reminders before that visit and practical updates about it, such as a change of time. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we never send treatment details, test results or other health information by text.
Message frequency varies with your request and your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How you agree
The contact form and the callback form on moderndentalhub.com each have a separate checkbox that reads:
"I agree to receive text messages from Modern Dental Hub about my request and my appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
The checkbox is not checked in advance and it is optional. You can send your request without it, and our front desk will still reply by phone or email. Agreeing to text messages is never a condition of an appointment, a treatment or any purchase. When you check the box and send the form, we keep a record of your consent: the phone number, the time, the wording you saw and the page where you agreed.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message from (516) 855-6855 to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message to confirm and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact the office by phone at (516) 855-6855 or by email at welcomemdh@moderndentalhub.com. You can agree again later by checking the box on one of our forms or by replying START.
